Measuring guide
Place a soft measuring tape across the widest part of your nail.
Measure from the left edge to the right edge, following the natural curve.
Write down the width in millimetres for each finger.
Check both hands because your left and right nails may differ slightly.
Wrap a narrow paper strip around the widest part of your nail.
Mark the left and right edges of your natural nail.
Lay it flat after removing the strip.
Measure the distance between the marks in millimetres.
Sizing option
Multi-size box: choose the best-fitting nails from the sizes inside. Some sets contain 24-30 nails and do not ask you to select XS, S, M or L before ordering. Check the listed contents, then test-fit each nail before applying adhesive.
Sized set: choose the size shown on the product page before ordering. For example, Patina Relic contains 10 nails and offers XS, S, M and L. Measure both hands and check the sizing information applicable to that design.
Length, shape and size are different. Short, medium and long describe length; square and almond describe the outline. Neither tells you the width needed for your natural nails.
Fingernail size
Use this chart as a reference for styles that follow these measurements. Check the sizing information on your chosen product first: a product-specific chart takes priority. Compare every finger on both hands before selecting a set size.

Check every finger. Compare all your measurements with the applicable size chart, rather than choosing from your thumb alone.
Check side-to-side coverage. If one nail sits between two measurements, pick the option that covers your nail neatly without feeling tight.
Consider your nail bed. Flatter or wider nail beds may need a little more coverage across the nail surface.
Use the product’s measurements. A shape or length name does not guarantee the same width across different designs.

Toenail size
For toenail sets, measure the widest part of each natural toenail. Use this reference only when it matches the sizing information for your chosen product.

Shape reference
Fit check
Test-fit first. Do this before using glue or adhesive tabs.
Check the sidewalls. A good fit covers the nail without pressing into skin.
Measure both hands. Your left and right nails may not be exactly the same.
Check the curve. A nail that is too curved or too flat may not sit comfortably, even if the width looks right.
Keep the fit comfortable. The nail should feel secure, not tight.
