Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you may contact us to request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
- The item must remain in its original packaging.
- The item must not be damaged due to use, trial wear, removal, or improper storage by the customer.
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, press-on nails that have been worn, used, opened in a way that affects resale condition, or removed from their original packaging and used cannot be returned due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect style selection, or similar reasons.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please refer to the “Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items” section below.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at: customerservice@matchynails.com.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number.
- The item you would like to return.
- The reason for your return.
- Clear photos if there is an issue with the item.
Please do not send your order back without contacting us and receiving confirmation first. If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address by email.
Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect style selection, or no longer wanting the item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping label. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at: customerservice@matchynails.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and help resolve the problem.
Sale and Promotional Items
Sale items, discounted items, or items purchased with a promotional code may be returned only if they meet our return eligibility requirements.
For change-of-mind returns, incorrect size selection, incorrect style selection, or similar reasons, approved returns of sale, discounted, or promotional items will be refunded in the form of Matchy Nails store credit or reward points, not to the original payment method.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different eligible style or size, please contact us at customerservice@matchynails.com.
For hygiene reasons, exchange requests must meet the same return eligibility requirements listed above. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. Eligible full-priced items will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Eligible sale, discounted, or promotional items will be refunded as Matchy Nails store credit or reward points.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
