Shipping policy
We currently ship to Australia and the United States.
All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
During promotional periods, new product launches, holidays, or times of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Order Cutoff Time
- Australia: Order cutoff time for same-day processing: 12:00 AM Australia/Sydney.
- United States: Order cutoff time for same-day processing: 12:00 AM America/Los_Angeles.
If your order includes pre-order items, custom items, or products that require additional preparation time, the dispatch time may depend on the product page description or confirmation from our customer service team.
Australia Orders
Australia orders over AU$50 are eligible for free standard shipping.
For orders under AU$50, shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
Standard shipping for Australia orders is usually estimated to arrive within 7–12 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier processing times, delivery location, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
United States Orders
United States orders over US$70 are eligible for free standard shipping.
For orders under US$70, shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 9-15 business days for United States orders after dispatch.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update. If you have just received your tracking number and no updates are showing yet, please allow some time for the carrier system to refresh.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully check your shipping name, address, postcode, phone number, and email address before placing your order.
If a package cannot be delivered, is returned, or is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the package, or inability to contact the recipient, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees or related costs.
If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at: customerservice@matchynails.com.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to help update the address. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the shipping information can be changed.
Delayed, Lost, or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery process is handled by the shipping carrier. We cannot fully control carrier delays, scanning delays, or delivery arrangements.
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with an investigation.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check:
- Your mailbox or parcel locker.
- Your front door, reception, building management, or collection point.
- Whether a family member, housemate, or neighbour accepted the package on your behalf.
- The delivery details shown on the tracking page.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the local shipping carrier as soon as possible and also email us. We will do our best to assist you.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, failure to collect, or refusal by the recipient, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
If the package is returned to us, we will contact you by email to confirm the next steps.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
For United States orders, some packages may be subject to local customs processing, import duties, taxes, or other related fees.
If any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees apply, they are usually the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not charged by Matchy Nails and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
If you are unsure whether any additional fees may apply, we recommend checking with your local customs or tax authority before placing your order.
