• 2 sheets of adhesive tabs
• 1 nail file
• 1 wooden stick

1. Start clean, fit first. Start with clean, dry nails. Lightly buff the surface, remove dust and oil with nail cleanser, then choose the best-fitting press-on for each nail.

2. Pick your hold. Use adhesive tabs for shorter wear and easier removal, or nail glue for a firmer hold. Keep adhesive on the nail, not on the skin.

3. Press, then let it settle. Align the press-on close to the cuticle line, press firmly, and keep hands away from water, oil, lotion, and steam while the set settles.
